When he first got banned, this is exactly what I thought it was. It was the only thing that I thought could possibly make sense. Didn't want to think it was, even though I can't say i was a fan, but nothing else made it make sense. Why would he not want to talk about it? Because Twitch was in the right and the reason for his ban was monumentally embarrassing. Why would Twitch not talk about it? Because they were in the wrong also or they needed to protect someone's privacy. If both of those things were true, then a minor was using Twitch without supervision of their parents, like their TOS demands, which makes sense as to why they need to protect someone's privacy. I would never have openly said it back then because I wouldn't accuse someone of that without proof, but it's the only thing that made sense in my head.

He went on a rant about how he was wrongfuly terminated and then about sueing them when he knew all along it was cause he had sexual conversations with a kid. What a creep.

This guy could have gotten any person on the face of the planet to sleep with him or hangout whatever he fancies and he not only messaged a minor knowing that he was in fact being a predator but has the gall to use a messaging app provided by his employer and still claim no wrongdoing was found he's clever with his wording I'll give him that by stating no criminal charges were filed it makes it sting less for his image but literally the only reason criminal charges weren't filed is the police haven't had a report filed by the victims parents it's not like he had his day in court and the judge exonerated him and cleared his name he hasn't had his day in court and if the victim or victims decide to press charges he can still be charged regardless of twitch's internal investigation I mean he could be facing multiple charges from various states who knows maybe even an international charge I mean the guy was obviously into some let's say spicy types no judgement just saying in the wise words of Winston Churchill it's not the end but I do believe it's the end of the beginning
